VERY BAD AND INEFFICIENT SERVICE AT MRP HOME MALL OF AFRICA

Very Bad experience at MRP Home Mall of Africa, I came to collect an online order which said ready for collection. a trainee was assisting me, the trainee knew absolutely nothing about what she is doing tried to continue helping me regardless. the lady went to the store room back to the tills about 4 times clearly very confused and no1 to assist after waiting 45min … I confronted the store Manager who also struggled to find my parcel, I ran out of time and left the store Manager took my cell number down …. they found the parcel unfortunately I could not get back as I had to rush back to work I have to make time again spend money again on Ubers to go collect my order. THEY WAISTED MY TIME AND MONEY I AM VERY ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTED.
