Utterly Horrible Online delivery Service

I ordered bedding online on the 23rd December 2019 and chose the express delivery option. On the 30th December I received confirmation that the order was ready for pick up at the chosen store. On the 31st I went to the store to get my order... 45min later my order still could "not be found" so I was told that they would raise a query with their online department and but only on the 2nd of Jan due to holidays. I left my full details and waited for the call which never came.

On the 6th I tried to call the store as per contact numbers on the internet it rang forever without being answered and eventually I resorted to call the clothing/sport department. Again my details were taken the store manager insisted that they had "found" the order and I must come fetch it, to which I profusely declined as previously indicated on the day that they should then get the order brought to my chosen address considering thy were at fault and due to their delays. After a whole back and forth on them trying to coerce me to return to the said store I finally requested for the order to be taken to a store closer to where I stay. Many calls and Whatsapp later the arrangements were agreed to.

I get to there and the parcel presented to me is utterly shocking. The White bedding is DIRTY which I show to the store assistant and indicate my dissatisfaction at it. I get told I can always exchange it at any store I prefer. Like... REALLY? How does it even make sense to deliver dirty goods to a customer. I am sooo disappointed with their level of customer service
