Utterly Disgusted and I want what I PAID FOR!!!

I bought a mirror online on the 13th of February made full payment!!! No delivery!!! I have emailed, I've what's appear, I've been in store... it's always the same STORY! They tell me the courier company has tried to get hold of me!!! BS!!!!! no one has phoned me for a delivery! I have phoned the store everyday and everyday its a new lie and a new excuse! I've paid for my goods why can't I collect my mirror in store if the courier company have clearly ****** the goods!!! I need an answer because I am sick of sending thousands of emails that go unanswered when they have accepted payment in full!!!
