Useless service regarding

I ordered goods online from the mr price home online store , I ordered these items online because they cannot be found in our store here in newcastle , when the items arrived 2 were broken. When I asked the people in the store if the could reorder the 2 goods for me they rudely told me that it's not their fault the goods are broken it's mine as I should have rather baught the items in store and not online. When I sent an email to Mr price services asking for a solution (as I do not want to reorder the good online because that means I will have to pay for shipping again and there's no garentee that the goods will not arrive broken again ! ) I got asked to send pictures of the items that arrived broken so they could look for them in a store for me and then asked which store was closest to me , when I sent them all the information , all I got as a reply was - sorry these items cannot be found in mr price home newcastle , obviously they did not read a thing I wrote in my complaint email as I clearly said that the reason I baught the goods online was because they could not be found in store !!!!!! And I don't want to order online again and have to pay for shipping again !
