Useless service

I have placed an 2 orders at Mr Price 1 is at MRP Home and the other one MRP Fashion. I chose the Store to store express because it will take 1 - 3 working day. Firstly I phoned the Secunda store to find out what is they delay in the parcel. I only got I don't know they can't do anything for me. I phoned customer care and asked when will it be delivered not its out for delivery today. The parcel at fashion arrived which was ordered last and then I tried to find out what is the hold up with the other parcel. Customer care promised to phone me back. I am still waiting went to the store after work and they couldn't help me just said looks like the parcel was delivered at another store. I requested I want an answer by 10 today. Received a phone call no the parcel was damaged so they didn't deliver the will do a refund within 24 - 48 hours. Then the fight started. I've order it well ahead of time to have it for tomorrow for a kid's birthday. No all I get is excuses and excuses and excuses. The supervisor is in a meeting and can't talk to me. I am really so fed up with MRP Home. Why are you service so useless because I've mentioned to everyone I spoke to this is not the first time and it will most definitely be the last because I am not going through this again. I am done.
