Useless Online Order Service

This is the second time this has occurred! Changing the details on an order is impossible! I requested a change twice to amend the delivery address before it shipped and the delivery got sent to the wrong place! What is so difficult??? The whatsapp consultants are beyond useless, please start requesting feedback because once they make a mess of the request there are not repercussions for them!!! Unacceptable!!!!
