USELESS MRP HOME KLERKSDORP

I bought about 10 plastic trays from. MRP Home in klerksdorp... When I get home one was broken at the handle. I took it back and the lady at the shop refuse to exchange it telling me straight I broke it.. Why will I lie.. If I broke the tray I would not even bother taking it back.. MRP Klerksdorp will never ever see me again.. There staff is not helpful at all and by telling me I broke it was like a "klap" in the face.. I'm not the type of person that will broke something and return it. . NO THANKS NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF MRP KLERKSDORP AND WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYBODY NOT TO SUPPORT THEM
