Useless Mr Price Home Staff and Management

So I called Mr Price Home Diep River and asked for prices and stock of a duck down Duvet inner. I was told its R1600 for a king size extra length. I said perfect I'm coming to buy one. I literally can walk to the shop from where I work. When I arrived I went to where the Duvet inners were- they were all hollow fibre. I asked an assistant where the feather ones were, she pointed to the other side of the store 😱 just why? Went to the other side of the store couldn't find what I asked for on the phone, so I then another assistant. I was told to go to the front desk as she must watch the door! ***. I then went to the front desk, there were 5 people there, I asked if they could please get someone to help me with the feather duvets. One of the women told the other one to go with me and help. We went back to the duvets and she couldn't help me, by this time I had seriously lost my sense of humour!!!!! I went back to the counter and demanded to speak to a manager. The woman who told the other woman to help me said she was the manager, I asked he why she sent someone with me that couldn't help me 🤬 Then I explained for the 4th time what I wanted to her, she took me to the original place where the hollow fibre duvets were so she didn't even know what/ or where things were in the store. 🤬🤬🤬 We then went to the feather duvets were and still she couldn't help me and said she needed a ladder. So we waited for a ladder to arrive. While we were waiting a guy came along and went straight to what I wanted. (Without the need for a ladder). After stating how shocked and disgusting the service is I thanked the guy who helped me and went to pay. Low and behold the item had no price and code on so again had to wait for that.

I certainly understand why the store is so quiet. I cannot understand in this day and age why service is so shocking. Why don't all the staff know where everything is in all departments???? Why don't the so called management know what's going on. Is disgusting!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
