Useless Customer Service and Cutlery that Rusts

Terrible experience twice with cutlery rusting within a week of buying it. Handwashing, not in a dishwasher. Now I threw out the cutlery packaging and I do not have it anymore. I contact the Mr Price helpline on WhatsApp and explain the situation and just get told that they are marking the ticket as closed and to find a proof of purchase. Did not answer my questions and that was it.
