Useless at fulfilling online orders and resolving online issues

The worst possible customer service! Absolutely pathetic!! I ordered four chairs, it took them forever to deliver. Upon delivery one of the four chairs was wobbly and so the couriers returned it to the warehouse and I called Mr Price Home and requested for a replacement chair. Ten days later and still no chair! I call and every time I speak to someone more useless than the former! Absolutely unacceptable how they can NEVER get a hold of their couriers and how they never have any information!
