Useless and Non-Responsive Customer Service
After an order I placed was cancelled because an item was out of stock the total for the order wasn't reversed from my Mr Price account. I have submitted two help requests, sent three e-mails, and tried to phone countless times since mid-December 2020 to try and sort the problem out. No one ever gets back to you or answers the phone, or on the off chance if they do answer you get pushed around from pillar to post because it's always some other department's problem to solve. This is entirely unacceptable and shocking.
