Used Furniture Sold As New

We purchased a dining room table and 4 chairs from Mr Price Home. We began to assemble it only to find out that it was clearly previously assembled. There were spiral markings scratched into the metal where the legs were *****ed in and the actual metal of the legs were scratched and dented. There were even parts where the chrome was peeling off. This was definitely a used product that was sold to us as new. We called the store to speak to a manager. After being kept on hold for a while we were told that the manager was out and they will call us back. 15 minutes later Stephen, the furniture manager called. I explained to him our situation. He said that we need to take apart what we've put together and bring it back to the store. I told him we can't because it's extremely heavy and it's 3 flights of stairs. His response was that we should \find 3 guys around and get them to help us\". This is ludicrous. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told to hold. A while later Stephen came back and the call cut. There was no return call from them. This store has taken the joy of buying our first dining room suite. Not to mention that a ***** is missing from 1 of the chairs."
