Upright disgusting!!

On Friday 29th April 2016 I was at Mr Price Home in Riversquare in the vaal area. Never have I been so traumatised by the illtreatment of a "manager". Tilla who also happens to be the manager was so disrespectful and outright rude and worse part she failed to assist us. When I got to the shop I asked for a gift registry list and she went on about how the system is slow and it doesnt work and so on and so forth. Mind you I wasnt even speaking to her at this point and time, she merely interjected in a conversation that had absolutely nothing to do with her. So I decided to go to another shop and return after a while. On my return this Tilla woman asked me where I went off to as if we were acquaintances. I completely disregarded the question and just Said I had to leave. At this point I'm already annoyed by her disrespectful attitude and tone towards me. Whilst writing out the reference, she further had the nerve to ask which industry I'm in and who do I work for so I told her I was Self employed. She started telling me of the industry problems and that retail struggles with this and that, furthermore she completely bashed the Mr Price Home brand of which I found to be very strange considering she was a manager. I then gave her advice not to inform customers of their problems instead find a diversion or say something polite not to delay furthermore. She went on to say she knows her job and that I dont know what I'm talking about and she's done all the necessary training. Thats when I said she was rude and all she needed to do was assist me as the customer and not go on about the mishaps. She then started to raise her voice and blantantly swore at me of which I could see it was already coming as she lacked the vocab to conduct a conversation. She then tried to shut me down and I informed her as a manager you should be trying to rectify the issue instead you're shouting at me. I told her I'd report her and her sarcasm was so beyond, the nerve of her response; would you like me to give you the number to Head Office?! I said I had them already then she's like good cause I don't care about you telling me that me that you're the customer. The more she opened her mouth, the bigger the grave she dug for herself. Lastly she said system showed an error that's when I said to her, my point has just been proven, you're absolutely useless at your job. Then I left. Another thing that I found condesending was her continuously addressing me as darling even after I told her I don't like it and it's not professional. She went on and on and on. I don't know if you purposely hire people of this manner or this one slipped through the system.
