*****-up

I bought 2 bedside pedestals. Fourways Mall branch didn't have them in stock, but Retail Crossing did, so I drove to almost the other side of the city in rush hour traffic to pick them up. Took over an hour to get there, not to mention the fuel I used.

I had to pay R150 for assembly.

Now one drawer in each pedestal does not close properly. They charged me for assembly, and then made a meal of it. They *****ed the *****s in skew.

Now Fourways branch won't have replacements delivered from Retail Crossing. I have to drive all the way back there, at my cost. Fuel is not cheap nowadays, and 100km is a waste of time and money. And I Fourways can't just try to reassemble the units properly, because the first bunch *****ed the *****s in skew, so to un***** them and re-***** them in straight will damage the unit.

All in all, a frustrating experience. I don't recommend that you shop there if it is good service that you are after.
