Untrue response

I posted a review regarding the unacceptable service I was receiving from this organisation and they had the temerity to reply that the matter had been resolved. This is not true, it is still ongoing after 6 weeks, innumerable emails , telephone calls and Whatsapp messages (they advertise this as quick, easy resolution process, it is far from it). I have lost count of the number of 'agents' I have dealt with, they appear to have an inexhaustible supply . I really would like the name of an informed and capable person with whom I can communicate.
