Unsatisfied customer
<p>Hi i have placed an order with mr price home for the same item thrice and it always arrives broken , i replaced my order yet again and after 4 days i get an email saying the item has been sold out , eventhou i paid for store express which the item was supposed to be delivered within 1 - 3 days.</p> <p>It is incredibly frustrating that it took 4 days for them to realise that they do not have the item , when you query to ask why it is taking so long they reply saying the warehouse orders are backed up but why do they take new orders when they can't fulfill the old orders.very unhappy customer</p>
Mr price home did get back to me and i received wonderful service from Darlene. Thank you for been so pleasent and helpful , unfortunatly one thing that did not get sorted out is that the orders are still taking way to long to be shipped , hopefully this gets sorted out soon cause its really bad when you order something and it takes so many days to process and you don't end up getting your order
