Unsatisfactory and inefficient service

<p>On the 22nd of March I made an online purchase at Mr price home. I paid using my credit card and instantly I received aknowledge of payment and an order number. I chose the economy delivery option so I was goin to fetch my delivery at the store closer to where I live. On da 28th I decided to track my order since I hadn't received any communicating email with regards to my order since I placed my order. So I went on Mr price website I put in the order and it said the order was not found. Which was very strange as payment was done so I called the help line the consultant I spoke to, checked my order number then advised that I should send proof of payment which I did. I received an email whichw informed me that my query was resolved and my order will be processed. I checked my order the next day on the 29th of March and the status of my order said processing,I then sent an email enquiring on how long it took to process an order and again I received an email that said my query has been resolved. I responded to the email to find out how exactly my query was resolved. I am quite upset as I need those items quite urgently that is why I ordered then way in time and if I didn't follow up I was never going to get any correspondance with regards to my order. If my payment was not received in good order someone should have informed me, instead I had to do someone's job and I still dont have my order and I have no idea when it will be dispatched or delivered. Please kindly assist I want my order I have paid for it and I have done my part as a customer and Mr price needs to do theirs. This was the first and last time I will be ordering from this store.</p>
