Unresolved, ***********, very bad service for online order.

When is Mr Price going to stop being ***********.

Since late November I have been going up and down with an online order that was done incorrectly by a cashier at Mall of Africa, till this date I am struggling on getting my order cancelled and my account to be deducted of those items so that I can get an updated statement on my account.

And please don't get me started on the useless call center, those people resolve nothing, I don't even know why Mr Price has that department.

I know can't be in a position to pay my account because it is incorrect.

If I could give Mr Price a rating of -100 I would. Bad, *********** service both from their online customer care to the courier service!!!.

Never wish to do any business with this company.
