Unreliable and ********* service

Ordered products online which I paid for using the online EFT option. After three weeks my items had still reflected as "on hold" on my account. I then phoned the store to find out if my order had arrived and they advised that it had not. I then phoned customer care who informed me that my order had actually been delivered and that my email address was not loaded on their system which is why I was not informed that it had arrived. When I went to collect my order, one of the products which I ordered and PAID for was not there. After phoning customer care (again) they informed me that this one product was out of stock even though I was 1) able to order and pay for it online and 2) no one from MrPrice Home bothered to phone or email me to inform me that this was the case and 3) was unable to receive a refund even though they sold me the product without disclosing that it was out of stock (How is this legal?). I then had to follow up with them and was then told that I could not be issued a refund, only a voucher. I have now spoken to 4 different consultants waiting to get this voucher for more than a week and was told today that the guys who "approve the vouchers" were not at work. Useless useless useless service. I will never order from their online store again.
