UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD SERVICE!!

I purchased a couch online from Mr Price Home, on the 26th September 2019, when it was delivered almost a week later, it was delivered in a bad state. ie the couch was damaged. I took videos and pictiures immediately and the delivery guys witnessed this. I also made a note of this on the delivery note. Long story short, it is now the 13th Decemeber 2019 and have had no bona fide solution to this matter. Furthermore I have had to initiate constantly follow up with Mr Price. They have the evidence of all this. I was then told by Mr Price Home (with proof) that they do not have the same couch in stock but that I must find a simi**** couch. I did find, but they said because its two thousand rand more that wont suffice. Their instruction was not to find another replacement of equal color, price value nothing it was just so to exchange, They then said I must return the couch and theu would refund me, I do not trust Mr Price for if I am still having problems with a couch they wont exchange for this long, imagine the frustration I would have to endure trying to get my money back. The service is by far, disgusting and at not one point after all this could they at least suggest to replace the couch. Never once did they take accountability for their part, HOW DID THAT COUCH EVEN LEAVE QUALITY DPT. This has been a nightmare of an experience and have always shopped at Mr Price I HOPE NEVER TO SHOP THERE AGAIN or anyone reading this.
