Unpaid uif

My friend have been working at Mr Price home since February of this year. Unfortunately because of lockdown they didn't work nor get paid. Now the company has app**** uif for them but they haven't recieved any money and when they check their status online, it says processed in April and now it's June. No one has contacted them and the managers don't answer when they being questioned. What should happen?
