unhelpful and rude staff

Mr Price do you sanction your staff being rude to customers. When the customer gets upset and said this is ridiculous they tell her she is swearing at them and refuse to help any further. They took packaging away and when she asked for it the staff member said I'm on lunch and refused to help. We are living in time of Covid crisis. Many big stores are closing. We don't need to shop in your shop and deal with rude staff . Your staff need to understand that the only reason why they have jobs is because all of us as customers purchase on line or put our feet into your shop. Your manager herself was completely unhelpful and gave me two different numbers for head office that don't work. Is this the customer service we can expect going forward. I have about 4000 contacts on line, shall I put this info out to them as to how completely unhelpful and unkind your particular store was and ask them to forward to 10 people on their contact lists? I am really shocked if this is considered acceptable. I have just recovered from Covid, my daughter is under a lot of pressure and dealing with a lot of stuff. This prevailing attitude does not help.
