Unhappy online shopper

I bought 7 pillow inners and a rug from Mr.Price home online. For the first time buying things from them online and the last too.

When they notified me to fetch the order the box was sealed so opened it when I got back home.

In the box I found only 6 pillow inners.

I emailed them everyday for the remainder of the week and heard nothing back. No response if you try to phone either.

This is now getting on my last nerve because one shouldn't expect this from a well known shop.
