UNHAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALING...
I PURCHASED A CORNER COUCH UNIT AND IT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT , NOW 10 DAYS LATER I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY NEW COUCH AS WITH MOST COMPANIES THEY ATE VERY WILLING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT SO HAPPY TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS!!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
