unhappy customer

I purchased a TV stand on line and a day later got an email that the purchase was canceled because something went wrong,on the email it said the payment won't go through,but it did go through and now no one is responding to my emails,i called the call center twice and i was told they will respond and i still haven't received any feedback and refund. i want my money back .
