Unhappy customer

Order number: *** Hi, I received a delivery for a table SKU ***, which was delivered on the 3rd July 2021. Upon delivery the legs of the table were not balanced, meaning one leg is in the air while the other 3 is balanced on the floor. I made a comment on the delivery note as advised by the gentlemen who delivered that a replacement is needed as of-course I cannot use an unbalanced table and he advised that someone will contact me to arrange for the exchange and i have not received a call yet. I called MR Price on the 5th and the lady by the name of Roslyn assured me that this will be sorted out and i will receive an email with a ref number and that is not the case. I need your urgent assistance as I am really unhappy about the service I am getting from Mr Price home.
