Unfair treatment at Mr price home

I bought bathroom accessories including a toilet brush cleaner on the 20th this month, today as I'm exchanging the toilet brush cleaner because It wasn't fitting in my bathroom theme exchangingfor other batgroom accessories, upon arrival at the entrance a sales representative was hostile towards us, at the tills I'm being told I can't exchange because it looks used and smells different, the brush was still clean with the slip inside, I was forced to sniff my brush and compare it with another, even the supervisor was supporting her, until one sales representative came with another similar brush that had the same shade of color as mine and told them that it's clean, I feel violated and disrespected Incident happened at Makhado crossing
