Unfair service
I ordered a couch online and it was dirty when it was delivered. I tried cleaning it but the white stuff is not coming off. I called Mr Price on Saturday to report this and the consultant I spoke to said they would make arrangements to get me a new couch. I am still yet to hear back from them again. I tried calling today but the lines are off. I need a new couch or my money back. Engaging with Mr Price home has been very exhausting.
