Unfair Policy Protocol

Good Day

Mr Price Home at Retail Crossing, Strubens Valley is being unfair. I returned a pair of red oven gloves & 3 red napkins. At the time I returned the items, I didn't have a receipt so the assistant did a credit for the item purchased but didn't give me a receipt. A few days later, I went back to return the cutlery tray as I found it cheaper at Gelmar but the personnel refused to give me a cash refund. I found the receipt for the red oven gloves & the receipt for the cutlery tray was in a file/envelope which Luke's found. So technically both receipts were available but I still can't get the cash refunded. I had to take a gift card but need the cash to buy elsewhere.

So if there are evidence of both receipts, why can't I get my money refunded in cash? I am being forced to use the voucher at Mr Price Home, which isn't fair.

I spoke to Hanly at the Strubens Valley Store but to no avail.

Kindly advise as this isn't acceptable
