Undelivered goods.

I ordered a cot online on 1 December 2022. The confirmation e-mail stated that it would be delivered on 7 December 2022. A R200 courier charge was added to the purchase of the item. I had made provision to be home the day of delivery however they did not deliver. I contacted Mr price on fb exactly one week later (on 14 December 2022). They apologized and said that priority delivery will be scheduled for the next day ( 15 December 2022). Again I make provision to get someone to collect the cot on my behalf. It is now the 17 December 2022 and I have not received any correspondence nor has the cot been delivered. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE MR PRICE!!!!!
