Unbelievably Terrible

I've had such a bad experience from Mr Price home. I am disgusting in their money making scheme. I paid R85 on my account last month to close the account... I filled in all necessary documents (which I don't understand why the branch can't close) and was assured I would not receive another bill. Well guess what happened. Another statement with another R85. I went to the same store I started the cancelation process with. They called head office "Customer Care" (Not sure why they are called that), only to be told that the account protection insurance is not canceled as I only requested to cancel my account. The lady in store said how can that be if I canceled the account, why would I need insurance. They transferred her to the Insurance department who kept us on hold for 20min without answer, just music. I then told her to put the phone down. I will be going to Hello Peter instead...... I pray to God I get help from this but I Doubt it.
