Unbelievably shocking attitude from staff

I was at the branch last week and the attitude from the sales assistants with particular reference to those in the towelling department was shockingly rude. They refused to check for any stock for us but also just responded that there's no stock available without even looking at the item I was requesting. Another assistant had her trolley parked in front of a shelf of towels and when I asked her to move it so that I can see the towels, she did it very bitterly, reluctantly and only moved it slightly. I think managers should be on floor checking up on these things or making themselves available so it can at least be reported.<br>
