Unbelievably Bad Service

About 3 months ago I tried contacting Mr Price regarding money disappearing from my account.......I emailed them, I posted on their Facebook page and I messaged them on Facebook.....nothing !!!!! So it took them 2 months but eventually they responded. Now it has taken over a month and they still can't tell me what the issue is. I told them from the beginning that I am not paying my account until this is sorted out. This was not the first time it happened and I'm not paying my account only for money to just disappear. So my account has been frozen and I am 3 months in arrears......oh shame.

I am now putting this on the record......when this is finally sorted out I will resume paying my account as before. I AM NOT PAYING ANY ARREARS AMOUNT !!!!!! This is Mr Price's issue.....not mine.....and if they had not taken to months to respond to my complaint and sorted out the issue asap.....which they definitely are not doing.....then there wouldn't be any outstanding payments. So Mr Price......take your time by all means......I'm not interested in using my account ever again and in the end I will pay the account off as required but you can forget about the arrears amount......that includes all the interest and insurance policy monthly fees for the past 3 months and all future months until this is sorted out.

Now I will wait another few months and.hopefully this issue will be resolved.
