Unbelievable!! Mr Price!!

Dear Mr Price, I have been a loyal customer with Mr Price for years and you never had any problems with me as your customer when it comes to repayments. I have a complaint with regards to an online purchase I have made with Mr Price Home - ***. I ordered my goods on 2023-06-22. After numerous mails I contacted the help desk today to try I find out what is going on with the delivery of my parcel as was informed that it was scheduled to be returned and refunded. Waybill no OF******* Help centre call reference number ***. Please see mails below as proof that I did provide the information for delivery which includes a map on how to get to my address and a contact number apart from my mobile number. Even if you google Vergenoeg Mining Company, Farm Kromdraai 209 JR – it appears on Google with the option for directions. And I have provided this address to the Customer Help Desk, who assisted me. My previous two deliveries was done without problems. I did explain the I have a problem with cell phone reception and asked that the courier company contact me on my land line. Now, for what reason, I don’t know, the courier company apparently needed a cell number. Which they tried to contact me on and could not get hold of me because, as explained, I have no cell phone reception. Does Dawn Wing only make calls to cell numbers? Why didn't Mr Price contacted me to inform me that there is a problem. They do have my email address as all communications took place via email? Now I have lost my purchase and the time taken to buy online - for what reason? – Because the courier company don’t make calls to land lines? No, I do not agree with this. I have even requested a call back from the courier company's customer service but am still waiting for them to call me on the provided number – ***! The message on their site states the following: Delivery date 2023-06-30 (today) – Parcels – 1 – Driver Name – Vehicle reg no. So according to the site this should be delivered today?? Or am I reading this incorrect? How can it be that it must be returned and credited if Dawn Wing’s site shows it will be delivered today? After communicating with Mr Price help desk this morning and attaching all the relevant mails and proof, I received only a generic mail which means that they did not even read my mail sent to them. Wishing me a a awesome day?? Why?? I am not having a awesome day.
