Unanswered calls at Call Centre and general bad service

Hi - I bought some items from Mr Price Home Tygervalley on 17/10/2017. The lady that assisted me was busy with a cell phone call while busy with my transactions. (The cell phone was from a client that left it in the shop.) She rang up one of my items twice. I tried to phone the store without any assistance. You have to punch in 1,2,3,4 of 5 and enter your id number for quick assistance, which is non existent. I phoned on 18/10/2017 again the same number without any luck, same procedures, no assistance as the phone hung up after a while. I tried to call the account query to see if someone can assist. I spoke to 2 ladies which could not assist, but they suggested I try the store or put me through to the store - again..... no luck. This is the second bad experience I have with the Tygervalley store. My daughter wanted to open an account with them. Filled in all her details, forms, payslip, id etc. After about a month of no communication we tried to find out what happened to her application, just to find out it was never submitted to head office or accounts department. this is so frustrating as it is the only Mr Price Home store close to us. Cant believe they are still in business with such bad staff or the lack of assistance. they've got lovely items in their store, just a pity they have *********** staff. Yours - frustrating customer
