unacceptable turn around time

Hello, I made an online purchase at Mr Price Home for some gift wrapping items for Mother's Day on 30th April 2015, I made my payment same day via EFT, but because of the public holiday on 1st May, this payment was not reflected until the Monday after, which I completely understand. I received an email on Thursday 7th May to say my order has now been shipped, which was great, so I fully expected to receive my order today (Friday 8th May). However, it is now Friday afternoon and still no delivery! I was told it would take 3-5 working days for me to receive my order (even though your website says 1-3 working days), and I don't think it is outside the realm of possibility for me to expect delivery today (on day 4), seeing as I was told it was shipped yesterday already. And the fact this is for Mother's Day also really just ticks me off. Now I have to waste time tomorrow and even more annoyingly, more money going to busy shopping malls to find a nice undamaged, gift box and wrapping paper for my mother's gift. That's why I went with online shopping! To save me this hassel and annoyance! Really not happy about this Mr Price!
