UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I buy extensively for our hotel. I placed an order on-line for several items including 2 lamp sets. They were not delivered. The total is about R1800.00. I have been trying to get someone to tell me how I can access this credit to no avail. Inept person eventually just cut me off. No idea what to try next?
