Unacceptable Customer Service

After purchasing a corner couch from Mr Price Home Sandton, and paying in full as well as R300-00 for delivery, HALF the couch was delivered on 23 December 2017.

As at 09 January 2018, I have phoned Mr Price helpline, spoken to three different consultants, emailed countless times with no response with pictures of the half couch, I have to constantly chase for update which I still have not received and the worst part is that each consultant promises to follow up with the issue and get back to me before close of business, which has never been done. We are sitting in the dark 3 weeks after spending R8300-00 with still no update or idea on when we will be receiving the rest of our couch. I will never buy an item from Mr Price Home again after this encounter.
