Unable to deliver and issued unwanted refund instead of delivering to nearest store for collection
<p>Your service is useless. On The Dot delivery is too pathetic to find our location on Google Maps. Now they refuse to deliver to my nearest store to collect which is actually a delivery option on your website. You now have the cheek to issue an unwanted refund because you don't want to deliver to Mr Price Home Cradlestone. I want my parcel. Please cancel this refund. What is happening. Nobody has contacted me. I received a refund voucher for my delivery fee of R70 so far and that's it. No items delivered and no refund on them either. What is going on? Are you going to deliver or give me back my money then.

Your attitude towards your customers is shocking, nobody has contacted me. It appears you're deliberately ignoring me. Do I need to go higher up to senior management to have this matter resolved? I'm not going to keep quiet, Will carry on and on and on.
