un skilled staff

I called and they advised I can use my RCS card there. The card kept declining. The manager and the staff doesn't know how to process RCS because they kept asking me if the card must be swiped or inserted. They didn't have a clue on what to do. Head office resolved the complaint but nothing was resolved. The manager at Mr Price Zevenwacht Mall did not even call nor did the area manager. The managers, staff and area managers are un skilled. Please train your staff to do their jobs properly and to pay attention and not fool around in the store.
