*****ulent delivery of goods from Mr Price Home.

I purchased office furniture to the value of R12 500 from Mr price home using the MRP application. I received notification that the goods were delivered but I have received nothing. The application says it was delivered on the 27th March 2024 but the delivery note says the 23rd. The POD is signed but I have received no goods. Mr Price service centre just sends me the POD and says have a nice day. So am I expected to pay for goods I never received. This is ridiculous and absolutely unfair to customers.
