Trying to helo

Today I was at Mr Price home looking at the pillow cases. As I walked away, one of the packets fell down so I went back to put it back on the shelve. I could not find the correct spot for it so I asked Rebecca, who was standing next to me unpacking new stock from a trolley, to help me find the spot. She then took the pillow cases out of my hand, threw it into her trolley and carried on unpacking the stock. I was trying to help her and I feel that she should have handled the situation differently. A simple \Thank you- I will take care of it"would have done the trick. Very bad customer service.
