triple advanced debt collectord

<p>i have a problem with the company that my mr price account was handed over to....in september i went to pay off my account @ south gate mall as i know it was handed over i expected them to get hold of the dam TRIPLE ADVANCED that they handed me to...they gave me a number to call wenever u call the number it goes answered ....how do settle my account if the debtors dnt call me ...and i made a initiative to pay off this account but no boday has assisted ...am complaining abt this as this is leaving a very bad mark on my credit score </p>
