Trash!

I will never buy from this shop again. I ordered on the 25th of February and till this point my furniture has not been shipped from the warehouse. I requested a refund and they told me they cannot process a refund, the need to escalate the matter to the finance department. They are still waiting for the finance department to respond. Their service is trash.
