Took my money with no product to show.

I ordered a mirror off the Mrprice app As I completed the transaction, the app crashed. Therefore I received no confirmation of the product, however the money was taken off my account (R1300).

I have been contacting the *********** call center , sending countless emails showing the proof of transaction, banking statements etc and I still can’t get my money back! It’s been a week now and still NOTHING. I am furious.
