TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT DELIVER!!!

On the 8th of March I placed an order on the Mr Price app. I paid via my debit card and the payment was successful. I received no proof of order so I emailed Mr Price home with my problem with no response. I have since sent 2 emails, used their WhatsApp and Facebook messenger support line and visited a branch in knysna who could not help me unless I have an order number.

I have sent them the proof of payment twice and have asked if they have any proof of my order with the response only being “ We have logged an investigation and will provide you with feedback between 24 to 48 hours.“ after a week I have received no response.

I am now out of pocket of all most R600 and don’t have the items I needed desperately.
