*****s do not want to refund me

<p>I ordered a couch online(10/09/2016)and paid at the mall of africa store, I then saw a couch that I liked in another store so I cancelled the order.I got a confirmation that the order was cancelled and a voucher but when I got to the store to cash it out, the voucher had been cancelled.</p> <p>I am waiting for almost 2 weeks to get a refund.</p> <p>customer service is terrible.</p> <p>The useless call center staff wont let me speak to management or the finance department.</p> <p>ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK BUT MR PRICE DOESNT WANT TO REFUND ME</p> <p> </p>
