They ***** you money and don't do anything to pay you back.

I bought a duvet cover 2 Months back at Kroonstad Mr Price Home. They took it of my card twice. I saw it on my bank and asked them to please pay me back. They said I must give my bank statement and show them...they apparently have no statement to see ot on. If I don't follow up they don't let me know whats ging on. Still do not have my money back and they are still not doing or follow up on it.
