They can't help resolve ***** committed in my name!!!!!

Someone committed ***** and opened an account in my name. The cooperation I'm getting from Mr Price to get this sorted out is non-existent. Phoning a call centre makes one contemplate suicide, emails go unanswered. Meanwhile, my credit rating is affected and I'm not getting any closer to sorting this out. I will never support this store again.
