THEFT ON GIFT CARDS

Bought a gift card for my children for Christmas which was "used" before my children could actually use it!! Somebody (I think it is staff from the branch) stole their Christmas gift and used it for themselves. When complaining about it at Mr Price Customer care they actually did not want me to take it further seemed to want to cover it up an silence me so that this ******** activity could carry on! Shocking!! why do they have any "*****" department then? They seem to be in on it any way!
